Saving them in the Normal template will make them available for you, not anyone else. The Normal template should not be shared! You can save building blocks and shortcut keys for built-in styles in a Global Template which you could distribute. The same is true of QAT modifications. For instance, I have a template that has keyboard shortcuts for heading styles that can be used. To use an access key: Press ALT. The KeyTips are displayed over each feature that is available in the current view.

I want to make the shortcut keys I've assigned to various styles available to all my colleagues. However whenever you "save as" and the file name changes you lose the shortcuts.
